The Korea Fiscal Information Service(KFIS) held a Financial Management Information System(FMIS) Capacity Building Workshop for financial officials in the Middle Eastern and Asian countries from June 19th-23rd.

The program was attended by 10 financial officials from Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, Cambodia, Kuwait, and Turkiye.

The KFIS shared practical experiences and know-how by introducing actual cases related to the successful establishment and operation of dBrain⁺.

The President of KFIS Yongjoo Park said, "Through this Capacity Building Workshop, The KFIS could expand international cooperation by sharing the process and experiences of establishing dBrain⁺ and by having in-depth understanding of each country's FMIS." And he said, "The KFIS will continuously make efforts to contribute to the advancement of FMIS of participating countries."

The KFIS plans to actively explore cooperation opportunities in the field of FMIS by conducting technical consulting and capacity building program.
